At one time this dealer had only one player to place bets for and he still could not get it right and the pit boss still defended him to the cost of the player. The table boss kept defending one dealer that has a moustace since I cannot use his name for his mistakes. The tables were not busy one table had no players at all. I had heard from other players that I played craps with at other casinos of the problems at gun lake and I had to see for myself,they were right. Pit bosses job is to keep an eye on the dealers to make sure bets are placed and payed correctly.
Dealers also seem to have a hard time on what the pay out is on bets,they seem to be little short always in the favor of the casino. This is the problem that I observed more times than I could keep count of with many players and two dealers at the craps table. Crap tables will have many players and they are all placing bets at the same time and this requires a dealer that listens to the players and places the bets where the player they should be. The problems still have not been fixed,I would say they have gotten worse. When gun lake opened they had many inexperianced dealers so I stayed awayso they could workout their many pbroblems. We won at the craps table but the dealers and the pit boss were very troubling. The last two days a few friends and myself played craps and video blackjack at gun lake.
